Following a thorough market and competitor analysis, we developed a communication strategy and defined the brand positioning for Michelské údolí. From the initial ideas to the final name, we ensured the brand embodies peace, exclusivity, and the unique essence of the project. The name and visual identity became key elements, unifying all aspects of communication and creating a strong emotional connection to the development.

As part of the project, we crafted a comprehensive visual identity, which included graphic materials and a brand video that captures the essence of the concept – harmony between modern living and nature. We also produced photography, printed materials, and a detailed guide to the Michle district, enriching the project’s story. This communication extended into online platforms and OOH campaigns, helping to define the overall visual style of the project.

The website was designed with clarity, aesthetics, and smooth navigation in mind, allowing visitors to easily explore the available apartments and learn more about the development. We also developed a sales launch strategy and social media campaigns, supporting an effective market entry for the project.
